Name of the center: Drikung Kagyu Ratna Shri

The full name, Ratna Shri comes from the founder himself of the lineage, the great Kyöbpa Jigtsen Sumgön: it means glorious jewel. This name was given by the great Tertön Nyang Rel Nyima Oser (1124-1192) one of the masters from whom he receives, among others, the "Kagyé", the Eight Sadhana Teachings.
